Appointments
The Board of Trustees for the Paulding County Carnegie Library are appointed by the Paulding County Judge of Common Pleas for six-year terms. The Board of Trustees are the legal governing body of the entire library system, including the main library in Paulding and branches in the villages of Antwerp, Oakwood and Payne, Ohio. The following persons are current library board members:

Meetings
The Paulding County Board of Trustees meetings have been traditionally held on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the main library meeting room. However, meeting times/dates are subject to change. Public notice will be sent to local media and announced on the library website of meeting times. Contact the library for information about upcoming board meetings. All meetings are open to the public.
